Boss Beauty was started on the inspiration of a true Boss Woman - Anna Pepe. Grandma Pepe always wore her signature fedora or a flower in her hair and was the first beautician in the Pepe Family. For years she was sought after for hair and cosmetics, but mostly was respected for her class, beauty and confident attitude.
