Boss Beauty Booking Policy 

By scheduling an appointment with Boss Beauty, you acknowledge and accept our policies below. 

Policies are put into place to keep us safe and respectful to everyone who enters Boss Beauty. We love our clients and staff and aim to have wonderful partnerships among each other.

FLU SEASON UPDATE 

We understand that unforeseen situations may happen and sickness may arise, however, if you show up to your appointment under the weather, you will be kindly asked to leave and will be charged in full for your service as this is unfair to our staff and other clients.

 

NO CALL or NO SHOW UPDATE

If you miss your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total service amount. Rebooking will not be allowed until balance is paid. If it is your first missed appointment, 50% of your service will be charged, but we cannot honor this after more than (1) missed appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING UPDATE

We are happy to reschedule any appointment within 48 hours without penalty. Anything less than 48 hours notice will result in being charged 50% of the total service amount. After the first change under 48 hours, you will be charged 100%. 

 

Rebooking will not be allowed until balance for cancelled or rescheduled appointments is paid. 

 

Please note that Tuesdays and Sundays ARE NOT business days - we are closed and do not check voicemal/email/texts. For example: if your appointment is on Wednesday please notify us by the previous Saturday.
